Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and release management.
Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
Ability to monitor and optimize system performance to ensure stability and scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
