Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Continuously explore opportunities to improve application processes and workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities including configuration and customization.
Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other systems.
Ability to work with low-code/no-code tools to develop and modify application features.
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Understanding of release management processes and version control within SaaS environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
