Position Overview

This role oversees the complete logistics cycle for solar energy products, from coordinating with transporters and managing customs clearances to maintaining inventory accuracy. The position involves proactive shipment tracking, resolving delivery issues, and processing essential documentation. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, the incumbent ensures compliant and efficient order fulfillment, supported by precise ERP record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound and outbound logistics for solar inverters and related equipment.

2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters for timely shipment clearances and deliveries.

3. Maintain inventory levels at warehouses and coordinate stock movements between locations.

4. Track shipments, update delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues promptly.

5. Support documentation processes including GRN, invoicing, and customs paperwork.

6. Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams for end-to-end order fulfillment.

7. Ensure compliance with government regulations and import/export documentation norms.

8. Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems.

9. Support monthly stock audits and generate MIS reports as required.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2.2-3 Years of Proven experience in handling logistics and Inside Sales support Operation.

3.Familiarity with customs procedures, GST, and import/export documentation.

4.Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

5.Strong organizational and communication skills.

6.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

7.Willingness to travel or relocate within assigned region if needed.
