Role & Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
Create utilities and automation scripts using Python and related frameworks (such as Django) for various operational needs.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance using tools like Prometheus.
Proficient with DevOps paradigms and best practices, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes clusters, maintaining high availability and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure, software, and tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-based environments.
Proficiency in configuration management tools like Chef or Salt.
Strong experience in managing Kubernetes clusters and working with Kubernetes-related concepts.
Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure.
Solid programming skills with Python and experience working with frameworks like Django.
Experience in scripting (primarily Bash or Python) for task automation.
In-depth experience with Unix-like Operating Systems (BSD, GNU/Linux).
Experience in metrics collection and monitoring using tools like Prometheus and familiarity with logging and alerting frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams, ensuring operational excellence.
