Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a planning engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, maintain and update the master construction programme for building projects.
Prepare detailed work schedules, construction sequences and project timelines in accordance with project requirements
Monitor actual site progress against the approved programme and identify potential delays or schedule risks
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders on project planning and progress
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules and progress updates for management and client meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
Relevant planning experience within the building construction industry
Experience working with a main contractor will be advantageous
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
