Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release and deployment processes.
Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Ability to utilize low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development and automation.
Knowledge of troubleshooting and performance tuning within ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
