Summary:

As an IT Supplier Management Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging closely with key information technology suppliers to support their selection and ongoing management. The role includes coordinating procurement activities for a select group of strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the practitioner contributes to designing and delivering information technology spend management services, which encompasses preparing proposals, estimating service delivery costs, conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and presenting solutions to clients. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and supplier performance is a central aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize supplier relationships and enhance procurement processes.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
Strong understanding of supplier management processes and procurement strategies.
Experience in cost estimation and financial analysis related to service delivery.
Ability to develop and present proposals and client-facing documentation effectively.
Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
Familiarity with information technology spend management and business management services.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
