Project Role : Deployment Lead

Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:

As a Deployment Lead, your day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that spans multiple facets such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will coordinate closely with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are synchronized and progressing as intended. Monitoring the overall progress and making necessary adjustments to keep the deployment on track will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee training initiatives and pilot programs to support a smooth transition and successful implementation.

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of deployment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with project goals.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
Strong knowledge of deployment planning and execution methodologies.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies.
Ability to monitor project metrics and control deployment progress effectively.
Skilled in resource management and budgeting within complex project environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
