Additionally, the position involves supporting business growth by contributing innovative solutions and upholding high standards of delivery excellence, fostering strong relationships across various stakeholders to drive project success and organizational profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical and operational challenges effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and consensus.
Capability to lead and motivate diverse teams towards achieving project goals.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
