What would you do

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Act as the subject matter expert for onboarding operations and handle complex, sensitive, or exception-based cases. Provide process guidance, support escalations, monitor quality, and maintain process documents and operational controls.
Strong onboarding and HR lifecycle knowledge.

Analytical, investigation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality controls, audit readiness, and process compliance.

Primary skill - HR Service Delivery - P2 Roles and Responsibilities:
Complex Case Management
Manage complex onboarding cases, exceptions, and escalations.
Review incomplete, inconsistent, or non-standard employee information.
Coordinate dependencies with recruitment, HR, payroll, IT, facilities, security, and hiring teams.
Ensure critical milestones are completed before the joining date.
Analyze delayed or rejected cases and recommend corrective actions.
SME and Floor Support
Provide real-time process guidance to onboarding associates.
Interpret SOPs, DTPs, policies, and control requirements.
Support resolution of system, documentation, and workflow issues.
Act as backup to the Team Lead for operational activities when required.
Quality and Compliance
Perform quality checks and identify recurring errors, control gaps, and process non-conformances.
Conduct root-cause analysis for defects, SLA misses, or rework.
Support corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor privacy, security, audit, and records-retention requirements.
Support audits with complete and retrievable evidence.
Training and Knowledge Management
Support knowledge transfer, new-hire training, refreshers, and knowledge checks.
Identify training needs from quality findings, escalations, and process changes.
Create and update SOPs, DTPs, process flows, checklists, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
Maintain document version control and governance.
Reporting and Improvement
Track volumes, aging, quality, SLA, backlog, and completion status.
Prepare inputs for huddles and governance reviews.
Recommend workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and control enhancements.
Support testing and implementation of process or system changes.
