Key Responsibilities

Review team performance through regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams for successful project execution.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and management dashboards.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth initiatives.
Minimize customer escalations through proactive relationship management.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and networking events to generate business.
Ensure timely payment collections in coordination with Finance.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information, pricing, and company data.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and commercial guidelines.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric sales culture.
Continuously improve sales processes, productivity, and team capability.
