2+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4 or a large national, regional or local accounting firm in the real estate industry
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, EA
Ability to work closely with clients and onshore teams to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements
Experience preparing and reviewing returns
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

CPA & EA
Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm
Working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance
Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation within the real estate industry; review experience a plus
Experience in dealing with international tax matters a plus
Experience in dealing with real estate debt matters a plus
