As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires identifying overarching customer needs and designing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also focuses on crafting detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology capabilities.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions that support organizational goals.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
