The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications to ensure high availability.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to track and document support activities.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
