Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing system capabilities to support evolving business objectives. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to improve efficiency and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Security.
Experience in configuring and managing user roles, authorizations, and access controls within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of security concepts related to enterprise resource planning systems and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze security risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with SAP security tools and frameworks to support secure application development and deployment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Security.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
