Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
Experience in configuring and managing personnel administration modules within SAP environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to employee data management and system integration.
Familiarity with SAP workflows and reporting tools to enhance personnel administration processes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
