Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple iOS Application Development.
Experience with mobile application lifecycle management including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable applications.
Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.
Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
Knowledge of integration with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless user experiences.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apple iOS Application Development.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
