Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data workflows.
Familiarity with distributed computing concepts and big data processing.

Additional Information:
