As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications tailored for different site components. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous research to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites is also essential, contributing to the overall enhancement of the user experience and site functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes and improvements in web applications.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
Continuously monitor web application performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks related to ServiceNow HRSD.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within web-based applications.
Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices.
Skilled in testing methodologies to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
