As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance product quality and delivery speed.
Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.
Ability to analyze and improve testing processes using innovative tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
