Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy codebases for improved performance.
Ability to design modular and maintainable code to support long-term software sustainability.
Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to IBM AS/400 environments.
Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
