The position requires continuous monitoring of financial data, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, and proactively addressing any concerns that may impact financial outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Facilitate communication between finance and operational departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
