About the Role

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, partnering closely with clients to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready capabilities. You will drive end-to-end transformation programs, shaping finance operating models while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs from strategy and roadmap through implementation
. Advise clients on future-state finance operating models, incorporating automation, analytics, and AI-enabled processes
. Translate complex business challenges into value-driven SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
. Engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership, on transformation agendas and value realization
. Lead solutioning and proposal development, including business cases and client presentations
. Drive AI-enabled finance use cases such as predictive analytics, intelligent reconciliation, and process automation
. Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, including global delivery teams
. Contribute to capability building in finance transformation, advisory, and AI-led SAP solutions

Required Qualifications:

. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong S/4HANA transformation exposure
. Proven experience delivering at least three end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
. Strong expertise in core SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and their business applications
. Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at leadership level
. Demonstrated ability in solutioning, proposal development, or pre-sales activities
. Experience leading teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
. Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled transformation outcomes

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

. Experience in finance transformation consulting beyond system implementation
. Strong understanding of AI, automation, and analytics within finance functions
. Exposure to use cases such as forecasting, close optimization, and anomaly detection
. Experience managing large-scale, complex transformation programs
. Consulting background with a track record of delivering client impact
