Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
Strong knowledge of IT operations management and event correlation techniques.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within ITOM Event Management modules.
Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform to optimize event handling.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
