About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates through cold calling and other outreach methods. This role offers a great opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment and learn the full talent acquisition cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Cold call and engage with potential candidates to pitch open roles and assess their interest.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 61 year of experience in recruitment, telesales, or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
Confidence in cold calling and handling candidate conversations.
Good understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
