Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, including hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Microsoft technology-related roles.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operational HR administration.
Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including HR documentation and contracts.
Proven experience recruiting and supporting hiring activities across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes.
Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Zoho Recruit experience is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the APAC region, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employment changes, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within HR systems.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Support HR reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
