About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven. Business Development Executive Inside Sales – B2B to join our Team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, understanding their IT requirements, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and consultative selling skills, a good understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to sell IT services to businesses across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, databases, and other outbound channels.
Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
Connect with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, Business Owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Understand customer business challenges and identify suitable IT service solutions.
Present and explain IT services, solutions, and value propositions to prospective clients.
Conduct discovery calls, product/service demonstrations, and online meetings.
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and lead-generation targets.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required.
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and activity records in CRM.
Track sales activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing business accounts.
Stay updated on IT services, technologies, competitors, and market trends.
Work across different time zones when required for international clients.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Technology Sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with cold calling, lead qualification, prospecting, and follow-ups.
Ability to communicate with senior business and IT decision-makers.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good understanding of sales funnels and CRM processes.
Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones.
Basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience selling IT services, software, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, web/app development, or other technology solutions.
Experience handling international B2B markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, or Australia is an advantage.
Comfortable with outbound sales and hunting for new business.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand customer pain points.
Willingness to work in international shifts when required.
