What You'll Be Doing -

Engage with walk-in prospects and follow up on leads to drive new membership sales
Understand each customer's lifestyle and goals to recommend suitable membership packages
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build strong rapport with members and prospects through excellent customer service
Support club events, promotions, and outreach activities
Work closely with the club team to ensure a seamless member experience

What We're Looking For -

A people-person with great communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated by targets and passionate about sales
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sales experience preferred, but fresh candidates who are sales-driven are welcome
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Able to work on weekends, and public holidays
