Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications for potential hires.
Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to all employment laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies.
Regularly review and update company policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements.
Assist in audits and ensure the organization passes all compliance-related assessments.
Coordinate training sessions to educate employees about compliance matters (e.g., workplace safety, anti-discrimination laws).
Other HR Functions:
Support employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Assist in employee performance evaluations and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in HR recruitment and compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite.
