Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies on site to ensure full compliance with regulatory and project standards.
Site Inspections & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
Contracts & Tendering Support: Assist the Manager in reviewing, preparing, and handling general M&E contracts, tender documentation, and safety submittals.
Cost Estimating: Prepare initial budget costs or estimates for safety resources, equipment, and contract variations as instructed.

Requirements

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in an M&E Subcontractor environment.
Certifications: Valid Safety Officer Certification / WSH Officer registration preferred.
Solid knowledge of M&E site safety protocols and local labor/HSE regulations.
Basic understanding of contract terms, tendering processes, and quantity estimation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
