Group Product Manager - GI Prima

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical marketing professional to join our Gastroenterology team as a Group Product Manager. The role will be responsible for driving brand performance through insightful market analysis, strategic planning, and flawless execution of marketing initiatives for a mid-sized brand portfolio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
Analyze market, sales, and customer data to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
Develop and implement impactful brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Own end-to-end execution of brand initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation across channels.
Conceptualize, design, and drive innovative marketing campaigns with a strong focus on field activation and on-ground execution.
Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless translation of brand strategies into customer-facing activities.
Conduct regular field visits to engage with healthcare professionals and the field force, gathering first-hand insights to refine brand plans and enhance execution excellence.
Track campaign effectiveness, monitor key performance metrics, and recommend optimization opportunities to maximize brand growth.

Candidate Profile Requirements

4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities and a passion for driving business growth.
