As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving complex problems to ensure seamless system performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain operational stability and support business continuity.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations, SD-WAN Implementation.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure components.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network and application issues.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify anomalies.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
