About Achievate

Achievate Solutions LLP is a Bengaluru-based boutique investment banking advisory firm working with early and growth-stage companies on capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Over the last 18 months, we've built the foundation: an active Fundraising practice, strong founder relationships across the startup ecosystem, and a track record of growing mandates, alongside a network of VCs / PEs / Family Offices / Angel Investors.

The foundation is set. Now we're shifting gears. Over the next year, we're going after 10x growth in the book, and we're looking for the senior people who want to help write that next chapter, not just work a job on the side of it.

The Opportunity

This is a call to senior dealmakers, VP and Principal-level professionals at investment banks, and Principals on the investment side at VC funds, who've spent years closing capital-raise mandates or backing the right companies, and who are ready for something bigger than the next rung on someone else's ladder.

Achievate is a platform already in motion. The brand exists. The founder relationships exist. The operating engine is running. Now we're bringing in senior firepower to pour fuel on it, people who bring their own network, instincts, and hunger to close, and who want to build a practice, not just staff one.

Think of this less as a job and more as joining a founding team at the next inflection point, early enough that what you build genuinely becomes yours, late enough that you're not starting with a blank page.

What You'll Own

- Originating and closing capital-raise mandates, bringing your investor and founder relationships into a platform built to move fast

- Running fundraise processes end to end: positioning, investor targeting, negotiation, and close

- Deepening Achievate's investor relationships across VC, PE, and family office channels

- Working directly with the founder to shape where this vertical, and the firm, goes next

Compensation

This is a success-fee-driven role, structured the way senior dealmakers expect to be paid when the upside is real:

- A meaningful share of the success fees on every mandate you close, in line with market-standard fundraising advisory economics

- No fixed monthly pay. Your earnings are a direct, uncapped function of what you close

- A real path to a formal leadership role and a partnership or profit-share stake in the practice as we scale

If you're confident in your network and would rather bet on uncapped upside than sit inside a capped salary, this is built for you.

Who We're Looking For

- 12 to 20+ years in investment banking, growth capital advisory, or venture/PE-side deal origination, currently at VP or Principal level (or equivalent)

- Active, current relationships across VC, PE, or family offices, not a network that's gone quiet

- A track record of closing capital-raise mandates or backing companies, not just supporting the process

- The appetite to build something that's genuinely yours, and the confidence to bet on yourself while doing it

We're not filling a seat. We're looking for the handful of people who want to help take Achievate from where it is today to where it's going, and who'd rather own a piece of that story than watch it happen from the sidelines.
