In this role, you will work with leading life sciences organizations to solve complex strategic and business challenges across Medical Affairs and related functions. You will combine structured problem solving, data-driven analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to develop actionable recommendations for clients. Prior exposure to Medical Affairs, or commercial functions is advantageous, but success in this role is driven by strong consulting, analytical, and client-facing capabilities. You will:

Lead workstreams across strategy, organizational, capability-building, evidence-generation, transformation and launch-preparedness engagements
Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to address client business challenges and develop strategic recommendations
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear client-ready recommendations.
Develop executive-level deliverables, including presentations, strategic frameworks, business cases, and workshop materials.
Support client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, demonstrating strong communication and facilitation skills.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
Demonstrate strong project management skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities. You will manage workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and ensure that timelines are met efficiently and effectively. You must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.
Experience supporting strategic initiatives within Medical Affairs, or related life sciences functions is desirable.
Understand project roles and responsibilities and the overall impact on the broader customer contract and statement of work. You will exhibit exceptional attention to detail while supporting project management/leadership with the creation of project deliverables and the day-to-day management of customer relationships.This includes contributing to high-quality, client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, and strategic analyses.

Essential Requirements:

Experience in management consulting, life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical strategy, or a similarly analytical client-facing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop actionable recommendations.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience creating executive-level deliverables.
Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills, including market assessment, secondary research, insight generation, and synthesis.
Drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic

Desired Requirements:

Graduate degree in business or life sciences
5-8 years of experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical strategy, or related client-facing advisory roles
Prior experience in Medical Affairs or related areas (e.g., clinical, RWE, HEOR, or commercial strategy) is preferred.
