As a Manager of Digital Growth team inDigital Ventures, you will report toAVP, Digital Growth,managing owned (i.e. eDM, App Push & MMS), organic (i.e. SEO & GEO) ,paid (i.e. SEM, Social, Display and Programmatic Campaigns) funnels & UX personalization for all The Club's digital properties and business objectives.

The role

Lead the digital performance to its fullest through smart utilizations of AI-powered analytics tools, include but not limited to Adobe Suite

Orchestrate the directions and operations of different organic growth engines, namely,Direct Traffics,SEO,GEO,ASO, Referralsand etc.

Construct and definesuccessfulformulasto realize sustainable growth automationandpleasant personalized digital experiences through repeated trials & errors

Be the expert of ourmember personaswith the goal ofcultivatinga unique, engaging andrecurringdigital ecosystem

Oversee the setups & the operations ofcutting-edgedigital tools and technologies to maximize ROIs, enhance service levels and erect comparative advantages

Design, develop and execute experiments to test the growth framework through end-to-end concept, analysis and pilot testing for commercialization

Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights through analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Google Data Studio etc.) to promote a shared understanding of digital performance strategy

Work close with paid & owned channel managers tosynergizeall growth initiatives, fromacquisitionto retention,co-crafting world class best practices

Serve as the key contact pointfor bothinternal and external stakeholdersinmanagingdigitalgrowthcampaigns and otherAd tech/MarTechprojects

To succeed in this role

8+yearexperience inarole orcapacity of digital analytics,digitalgrowth, digital transformation or digital product management

Highly literatein Adobe Suite (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Experience Manager)and good knowledge in HTMLis a must

Possess essential knowledgeindigital growth, operation & analytics tools, namely Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Magento,and mainstream SNS Ad platforms)

Proven track record ofleading successful digital growthcampaigns

A strong communicator and collaborator who could tell stories by data and turn them intoactionablestrategies & tacticswith stakeholders

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and have creative problem-solving dexterity

Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage different stakeholders needs

Passionate and experience in Marketing tech and various growth-hacking tools. You keep up to date with the industry, its latest trends and platforms

Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint

Well-organized, independent, good team player, able to work under pressure

Mustbe proficient in both English & Cantonese
