Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Experience in configuring and customizing financial modules within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration points within enterprise resource planning systems.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP FI components.
Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
A 15 years full time education is required.
