Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
Familiarity with configuration management and database integration concepts.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
