This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of test engineering and data. Define and lead the QA automation strategy across the platform, and build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from the ground up.
Design complex, high-coverage test suites spanning UI, API, and data layers.
Drive performance and load testing, establish benchmarks, and identify bottlenecks before they reach production.
Integrate automated testing deeply into CI/CD so quality gates run continuously rather than at the end.
Test high-volume, data-intensive applications - validating data as it moves through ingestion, transformation, and warehousing.
Test data-science outcomes - validate model inputs, outputs, and behaviour, and build repeatable ways to catch regressions in data-science-driven results.
Mentor and level up QA and SDET engineers, set standards, and raise the overall quality bar for the team.Must-Have Skills

QA automation & test engineering: Strong automation background, API testing, and rigorous test design.
CI/CD, containers & cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based testing (GCP or Azure preferred).
Data & ML testing: ETL testing, data-science/ML model testing, and some data-warehouse testing experience.
Tooling & scripting: Selenium, Python scripting, and Postman.
Leadership: Experience leading small QA/SDET teams.Nice-to-Have Skills
