Requirements
Mandatory Selection Criteria:
M.Com/MBA Finance Preferably
Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as No. 1 or No. 2) in a listed company.
Extensive experience in consolidation, finalization, audit, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting at both corporate and operational levels.
Expertise in planning, budgeting, cost optimization, and MIS.
Hands-on experience with SEBI compliance.
Proven experience in managing teams and serving as a strategic business partner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in a leadership role within a family-owned Indian company is preferred.
