We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong knowledge of income-tax provisions and FEMA regulations to support advisory and compliance assignments. Ability to conduct detailed tax research and analysis to evaluate issues and identify appropriate solutions. Proficient in drafting high-quality tax memos, reports, and client-ready documentation. Skilled in preparing clear and effective presentations to communicate technical tax positions and recommendations. Applied consulting capability to translate tax law provisions into practical advisory insights for diverse client scenarios.

Skills And Attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

chartered accountant

Experience

2-3 years of post qualification work experience in M&A tax or international taxation practice
