Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic global enterprise accounts, developing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business stakeholders to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through account expansion, cross-selling, and solution-led consultative sales strategies.
Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customers business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales, solutions, delivery, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and complex enterprise sales engagements.
Monitor account performance, proactively manage customer challenges, and drive achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

The Successful Applicant

Diploma or Degree qualification in Business, Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic client management.
Proven success managing large enterprise or multinational customer accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, including engagement with senior executives.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ICT, telecommunications, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
