As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow platform.
Ability to use low-code development tools to create and modify workflows and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills to address application issues and optimize performance.
Understanding of release management processes and version control in SaaS environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
