Are you passionate about delivering a flawless streaming experience to millions of users We're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to help us ensure a world-class experience on Android/iOS/FTV/LRD — one of the most-used platforms in the world.

In this role, you'll be responsible for hands-on manual testing of our mobile app — executing test cases, identifying defects, and validating features across releases to ensure quality before customers are impacted. You'll work on building strong test coverage through well-designed test plans, detailed bug reports, and thorough regression testing. You'll also have the opportunity to develop basic automation skills by contributing to existing test automation frameworks under guidance from senior team members.

Key job responsibilities

Execute manual test cases for new features, regression cycles, and production validations on Android devices.

Write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports with appropriate severity and priority classification.

Develop and maintain test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design specifications.

Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement reviews, and bug triages.

Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues beyond documented scenarios.

Contribute to test automation by writing and maintaining basic automated test scripts using existing frameworks (with guidance).

Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the development lifecycle to understand features and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
Experience in manual testing, test planning, and creating detailed test cases
Experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
