Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
Strong experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Familiarity with integrating Workday reporting tools with other enterprise systems to support comprehensive data analysis.
Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing report performance to meet user expectations.
Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative software enhancements.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
