Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies to optimize system performance and user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
Ability to design and implement cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability and security.
Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across distributed environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
