Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates across projects of varying sizes and complexities to drive meaningful outcomes and enhance overall project value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow modules to optimize platform performance.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues efficiently.
Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to enhance workflows.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
