Our globally coordinated tax professionals offer connected services across all tax disciplines to help the clients thrive in an era of rapid change. We help companies understand the tax policies and tax laws of governments around the world to plan and comply accordingly. Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.

We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong technical expertise in corporate tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax compliance for financial services clients. Sound knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks including FEMA, SEBI, and related compliance requirements. Ability to advise on GIFT City setup, tax structuring, and ongoing regulatory considerations for new and existing units. Experienced in managing global compliance and reporting assignments, including client and regulator engagement. Proficient in drafting technically accurate English documentation, opinions, and compliance submissions.

Chartered Accountant

Experience

Taxation (Corporate Tax)
Regulatory (FEMA, SEBI, etc)
