The position involves continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural components to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Familiarity with platform integration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable architectural solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
