This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals while adapting to technological advancements and stakeholder requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system architecture and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage complex projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration strategies related to Microsoft Intune.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
