Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficient problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
